We will be upgrading our l2geth nodes on Scroll Mainnet/Testnet to v5.4.2 on 2024-06-14 at 00:00 UTC

This updates includes the following Highlighted Changes:
- Curie hardfork incorporating the EIP-1559 base fee schema to stabilize Scroll’s gas fees and introducing the TLOAD, TSTORE, and MCOPY opcodes. It compresses the data stored in blobs using the zstd algorithm, reducing gas fees by 1.5x. It also includes an update for dynamic block times, meaning that the block time is no longer fixed at 3 secs.
- Curie hardfork for Scroll Sepolia Testnet is scheduled for Block #4740239, estimated upgrade time: Mon 17th June 8am UTC.
- Curie hardfork for Scroll Mainnet is scheduled for Block #6924036, estimated upgrade time: Thu 27th June 8am UTC.
- Added support for the eth_getBlockReceipts API.
