[Standard] Fluent - Mainnet & Testnet - Upgrade to v1.2.1

We are upgrading our Fluent (Mainnet and Testnet) Infrastructure to v1.2.1. This is a patch release that includes a fix for eth_feeHistory, a graceful shutdown improvement for the validator, and the publishing of new runtime execution metrics. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
eth_feeHistory — fixed an issue where the method returned an empty fees list when no blocks were available. Clients querying fee history during low-activity periods will now receive properly populated responses.
