[Urgent] Katana - Mainnet - Upgrade to v2.2.3

We are upgrading our Katana Mainnet infrastructure to conduit-op-reth v2.2.3. This is a point release that includes a critical bug fix from upstream op-reth v2.4.3 addressing deposit transaction handling. The fix ensures deposit transactions carry their required 0x7e type prefix for proper consensus validation.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
Deposit transaction validation — Deposit transactions are now required to carry the 0x7e type prefix; transactions missing this prefix will be rejected during validation.
