We are upgrading our Stellar Mainnet RPC infrastructure to v27.1.1.

This is a patch release that fixes a critical bug in the getEvents method where events could be missed when using mixed filter constraints.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
getEvents — Fixed a bug where events were incorrectly missed when one filter constrains contractIds or type while another filter leaves it empty; event retrieval is now consistent across all filter combinations.
rpc.* methods — Built-in rpc.* methods have been disabled; any integrations relying on these methods will need to use standard Stellar RPC methods instead.
