[Urgent] Cosmos Hub - Mainnet - Upgrade to Gaia v27.6.0

Cosmos Mainnet is undergoing a network upgrade to Gaia v27.6.0 at block 32,361,600 (Estimated Time (UTC) Aug 5th 2026, 14:22:35+00:00). This release increases the maximum CosmWasm contract size and expands the set of gRPC queries available to CosmWasm contracts, along with routine dependency bumps. There are no breaking changes to existing API or RPC endpoints. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
- The maximum CosmWasm contract size has increased from 800 KiB to 1.6 MiB, allowing larger contracts to be uploaded.
- Two additional gRPC queries are now allowlisted for use within CosmWasm contracts: /cosmos.gov.v1.Query/Proposal and /cosmos.staking.v1beta1.Query/Validator.
