We are upgrading our Hedera Mainnet JSON-RPC Relay infrastructure to v0.78.2. This release unifies nonce error responses, consolidates gas limit configuration, and updates test dependencies.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
eth_sendTransaction — Nonce-related error responses are now uniformly returned with error code -32000 for improved client compatibility.
