[Standard] Celestia Mocha - Upgrade to v10.6.0-mocha

Scheduled for Nov 9, 00:00 - 23:59 UTC

Scheduled

We are upgrading our Celestia Mocha infrastructure to v10.6.0-mocha on 2026-11-09. This release bundles celestia-core v0.42.5 through v0.42.8 with fixes in consensus block propagation, peer identity validation, mempool handling, and the JSON-RPC server, along with improvements to data-availability proof verification, Fibre escrow validation, and IBC concurrency safety. Brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur on that date.

RPC Changes:
tx_search — max_search_results now applies to the whole query, not only its first condition.
block_search — max_search_results now applies to the whole query, not only its first condition.
