We are upgrading our zkSync Mainnet infrastructure to core v31.1.0.

This release includes a configuration improvement for settlement fee payer handling in the eth_sender module, along with bug fixes for automated protocol upgrades and security-related dependency updates.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
