We are upgrading our Arbitrum (Arbitrum, Nova, Robinhood, Gravity AlphaM) infrastructure to Nitro-v3.11.3.

This release is available as a stripped Docker build; the full source code release will follow in the next few business days. This is a node software release only and does not involve chain consensus changes.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
