We are upgrading our Polygon infrastructure to Bor v2.10.1. This release introduces BlockSTM v2, a parallel transaction execution engine enabled by default that improves performance and consistency, along with devp2p peer jailing for enhanced network stability.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
- eth_baseFee — New RPC method now available to query the current base fee per gas.
