We will be upgrading our pathfinder nodes on Starknet Mainnet/Sepolia to v0.19.0 on 2025-08-28 at 00:00 UTC

This updates includes the following Highlighted Changes:
- ⚠️ Breaking: The default version of the JSON-RPC API served on the / path has changed to 0.8.0.
- Pathfinder now implements the final JSON-RPC 0.9.0 specification.
