We are upgrading our Aleo Testnet infrastructure to testnet-v4.9.1.

This release introduces a consensus-level change to smart contract deployment limits, replacing dynamic density-based constraints with static constants for improved predictability.

The new consensus rules will activate at block height 18,813,000, predicted to occur around August 18, 2026 at current block times.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
