We are upgrading our Sui Mainnet nodes to v1.82.3, which advances the protocol to version 139. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur. This release includes protocol fee adjustments, removes JSON-RPC from Fullnode, and adds new signature scheme support.
## RPC Changes
**JSON-RPC service — removed** The JSON-RPC service is no longer available on Fullnode. The database backing it will be automatically deleted on startup. Clients must migrate to gRPC or GraphQL APIs before this upgrade.
**ListTransactions and ListEvents (gRPC) — modified** These methods now return OUT_OF_RANGE instead of INTERNAL for requests below retention window. Update error-handling logic accordingly.
**ML-DSA-65 signatures — added** New signature scheme support is now available for transaction signing.
