[Urgent] XRP Ledger - Mainnet - Upgrade to xrpld 3.4.0

We are upgrading our XRP Ledger Mainnet infrastructure to xrpld 3.4.0 on 2026-09-28. This is a major release introducing two new amendments—LendingProtocolV1_1 (extending Single Asset Vaults and the Lending Protocol with closed-ended vaults and cash-basis accounting) and fixCleanup3_4_0 (bundling protocol fixes)—while retiring the fixAMMOverflowOffer amendment as a permanent part of the protocol. The release also includes bug fixes, security hardening, and stability improvements. Brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur on that date.

RPC Changes:
ledger — Added nftoken_id, nftoken_offer_id, and delivered_amount (for AccountDelete transactions) to transaction metadata in ledger RPC responses, matching tx and account_tx methods.
NFT buy/sell flag validation — NFT RPC input now validates the buy/sell flag and will reject invalid flag combinations.
