We are upgrading our Celestia Mocha Testnet infrastructure to celestia-app v9.0.8-mocha and celestia-node v0.33.1-mocha. These releases include critical security fixes and RPC behavior changes.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
