This is a mandatory upgrade for pacific-1, scheduled to activate at block height 208377745 (approximately 19.05.2026, 16:17:15 UTC) pending governance proposal 117. The release includes a fix for EIP-1559 effective gas price reporting on transaction receipts. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes: eth_getTransactionReceipt — fixed; the effectiveGasPrice field now correctly reports the EIP-1559 effective gas price. Nodes on prior versions were returning incorrect values for this field.
