[Standard] Sonic - Mainnet - Upgrade to v2.2.2

We are upgrading our Sonic Mainnet infrastructure to v2.2.2.
This is a stability release that addresses data races during shutdown and in the state database, reduces memory footprint, and improves signal handling during startup and password prompts.

The release also enhances RPC API compatibility with Ethereum execution APIs.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
