Scheduled: Hedera Mainnet & Testnet – Upgrade Relay Node v0.71.0 & Mirror Node v0.138.0

We will be upgrading our Hedera Relay Nodes to version v0.71.0 and Mirror Nodes to version v0.138.0 on both Mainnet and Testnet at 2025-10-03 10:00 UTC.

These releases include internal stability improvements and prepare the network for upcoming protocol features.

Impact:
No downtime is expected. However, customers may experience brief connection interruptions and a small number of HTTP 503 responses as services restart and resynchronize with the cluster.
