We are upgrading our Op-Stack infrastructure to op-node v1.19.3.

This release fixes critical issues with sequencer behavior and registry configuration handling that affect safe-head progression and chain derivation accuracy.
Note for Mode and Zora: This is a mandatory upgrade for users on these chains. The previous version had misaligned Karst upgrade gas configuration that could cause safe-head progression to halt.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

This upgrade includes op-node on the following chains:
Optimism
Unichain
Ink
Soneium
Mode
Zora
B3
Cyber
Lisk
World
Katana
