[Standard] Berachain Mainnet Upgrade to BeaconKit v1.3.7

We are upgrading our Berachain Bepolia testnet to BeaconKit v1.3.7. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur. This release includes security and stability fixes with one addition to the API.

RPC Changes

CometBFT block and header endpoints — added New REST API endpoints are now available for querying CometBFT blocks and signed headers.
