Identified

We are currently experiencing an upstream networking outage affecting some customer connections (503 errors). Our Dark Fiber provider has confirmed this is part of a widespread issue and has escalated to their highest support level. Our team is actively working to reroute traffic through backup connections while our provider continues their investigation.
