We are upgrading our Base Sepolia Infrastructure to base-node v0.15.6. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur. This release updates base/base to 0.8.0 and bumps base-consensus and base-reth-node to 0.8.0, improving execution and consensus peering reliability on Base Sepolia.

RPC Changes: None — this is an internal peering and stability improvement with no customer-facing API changes.
