[Standard] Ethereum (Mainnet and Testnets) — Upgrade Erigon to v3.4.3 "Splashing Saga"

We are upgrading our Ethereum (Mainnet and Testnets) Erigon infrastructure to v3.4.3.

This is a recommended bugfix release addressing a post-reorg state inconsistency that could cause gas used mismatches, as well as an internal fix that was also present in v3.4.2 but incompletely resolved.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:

debug_getModifiedAccountsByHash / debug_getModifiedAccountsByNumber — These methods now match Geth semantics: the block range uses an exclusive start boundary, contracts whose storage changed (without an account-level change) are now correctly included, and touched-but-unchanged precompiles and self-destructed accounts are excluded. Results may differ from prior Erigon versions.
