The Solana Testnet restart has failed. The cause is currently being investigated by the foundation. More information will be made available once the problem has been diagnosed.

Finding unusual edge cases is exactly what the testnet is for, so the process is working as intended. Thank you to everyone for your patience.

As part of the normal stabilization process for v2.0 Solana testnet will be halted just after the start of epoch 700, and then restart it from the first slot of the epoch.
