We are upgrading our Arc Testnet infrastructure to v0.7.1 ahead of the Zero5/Zero6 hardfork activation, scheduled for May 27, 2026 15:08:37 UTC (timestamp 1779894517).

This release also tightens default EL RPC connection limits and includes fixes for CREATE2 initCode hashing and fork-id compatibility across mixed-version peers. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.
