[Standard] Tron - Mainnet - Upgrade to GreatVoyage-v4.8.1.1 (Hypatia)

We are upgrading our Tron Mainnet infrastructure to GreatVoyage-v4.8.1.1 (Hypatia).

This is a mandatory upgrade that optimizes the execution logic of the CREATE2 operation and the ModExp precompiled contract in edge cases.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes:
TVM CREATE2 — execution logic for edge cases has been optimized. Users calling contracts that exercise CREATE2 at deep call stacks may see different execution outcomes for affected transactions after the fork activates.
TVM ModExp precompile — execution logic for edge cases has been optimized. Users calling contracts that use modular exponentiation with specific input shapes may see different execution outcomes after the fork activates.
