We are upgrading our Sei node to v6.4.4. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

## RPC Changes:
eth_getTransactionReceipt — fixed The effectiveGasPrice field now correctly reports the EIP-1559 effective gas price. Nodes on prior versions were returning incorrect values for this field.
