We are upgrading our Japan Open Chain Mainnet infrastructure to v1.39.2.

This release includes a security update to underlying framework dependencies, along with the reliability and bug-fix improvements across sync, networking, and JSON-RPC handling introduced in v1.39.1.
There are no breaking changes to consensus and no anticipated downtime, though users may experience brief interruptions to RPC availability during the maintenance window.

RPC Changes:
- eth_simulateV1 — fixed a bound that was previously only applied to each inter-block gap; total block expansion for a single simulation is now correctly bounded end-to-end.
