[Standard] Celestia - Mainnet and Mocha Testnet - Upgrade to v0.32.1 / v0.33.0-mocha

We are upgrading our Celestia Mainnet infrastructure to v0.32.1 and our Mocha Testnet infrastructure to v0.33.0-mocha. The Mainnet release removes the deprecated DA API namespace, improves bridge node reliability with multi-source block ingestion, and includes several security fixes and performance improvements; the release notes recommend upgrading as soon as possible. The Mocha Testnet release focuses on sync performance improvements, delivering roughly 2.5x faster sync throughput. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur on both networks.

RPC Changes: da.* namespace (Mainnet) — API decommissioned: all da.* JSON-RPC methods are removed in this release; calls to these methods will fail. Users should update integrations immediately.
