[Standard] Sonic - Mainnet - Upgrade to v2.2.1

We are upgrading our Sonic Mainnet infrastructure to v2.2.1.

This is a stability release introducing breaking changes to trace RPC response formats and removing several deprecated RPC methods. Upgrading is recommended for all operators.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
- trace_* methods — SELFDESTRUCT traces now match the Parity/OpenEthereum specification: the refund address field has been renamed from `refund_address` to `refundAddress`, SELFDESTRUCT actions now carry only `address`, `refundAddress`, and `balance`, and their `result` is an explicit `null`. Fields `from`, `value`, and `gas` are no longer reported with zero values when not applicable to the trace type.
- debug_traceCall — Fixed handling of omitted optional parameters.
