We are upgrading our XRP Mainnet infrastructure to v3.1.3. This is a patch release containing bug fixes. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes:
No customer-facing RPC changes in this release.
