We are upgrading our Monad Testnet infrastructure to monad-bft v0.14.5. This release includes improvements to RPC performance, correctness fixes, and node robustness enhancements. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:

eth_sendRawTransactionSync — now event-driven, returning transaction receipts immediately instead of polling. Response times are approximately 50ms faster

eth_createAccessList — fixed an issue where the access list was not returned when the call reverts
