[Urgent] Starknet - Mainnet - Upgrade to v0.24.2

Scheduled for Oct 9, 00:00 - 23:59 UTC

Scheduled

We are upgrading our Starknet Mainnet infrastructure to Pathfinder v0.24.2 on 2026-10-09. This release modifies the behavior of the starknet_estimateMessageFee RPC method to enforce a minimum overall fee for L1 → L2 messages. Brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur on that date.

RPC Changes:
starknet_estimateMessageFee — The overall_fee response field now has a minimum value of 5×10^13 wei for L1 → L2 messages. When this minimum applies, overall_fee no longer equals the sum of gas amounts multiplied by their prices.
