We are upgrading our Base Mainnet infrastructure to v0.15.6.

This release updates base-consensus and base-reth-node to 0.8.0, improving execution and consensus peering reliability, adding receipt data to Flashblock subscriptions, and bringing performance optimizations across proofs, RPC throughput, and sync.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes:
eth_subscribe(newFlashblockTransactions) — added receipt fields to the subscription payload. Clients consuming this Flashblocks subscription will now receive transaction receipt data alongside transaction hashes.
