## Network Upgrade - Berachain Pectra11 Hardfork

**Critical Timeline:**
• Mandatory upgrade deadline: Before September 3rd, 2025 @ 16:00:00 GMT+0000
• Stable Block Time activation at chain height 9,983,085
• Electra1 and Prague1 fork versions will activate at the deadline

**Network Protocol Changes:**
• Introduction of BRIPs 0003 and 0004 support
• Full compatibility for BRIP-0001, BRIP-0002, and BRIP-0004 implementations
• Stable Block Time feature activation from CometBFT consensus

**API Enhancement:**
• New ABCI query endpoint implementation
