We are upgrading our World Chain Mainnet and Testnet infrastructure to v2.4.0.

This release introduces concurrent payload validation on Engine API newPayload (racing pending flashblock resolution), per-flashblock access list sidecars implementing EIP-7928 BlockAccessList for enhanced state derivation

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
