Tempo Testnet has been migrated to Moderato.

New chain ID: 42431

Redeploy contracts: If you have deployed contracts, those will need to be redeployed on the new testnet.
Reset databases / indexers: if you have anything that depends on data from the old testnet, that data will not be relevant to the new testnet.
