Urgent Arbitrum Mainnet - Upgrade to Nitro v3.12.1

We are upgrading our Arbitrum Mainnet infrastructure to Nitro v3.12.1 on 2026-10-06. This release introduces feed client REST backlog support, fixes crashes in debug trace and simulation methods on chains that collect tips, and changes Stylus contract activation behavior. Brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur on that date.

RPC Changes:
debug_traceCall — Fixed crash that occurred on chains collecting tips; the method is now stable on all network configurations.
eth_simulateV1 — Fixed crash that occurred on chains collecting tips; simulation requests are now stable on all network configurations.
