**Breaking Changes:**
- **TIP-6780**: `SELFDESTRUCT` opcode behavior modified within the same transaction - smart contracts using self-destruct may behave differently

**New RPC Methods:**
- `eth_getBlockReceipts` - retrieve all transaction receipts for a block
- `/wallet/getpaginatednowwitnesslist` - query real-time witness vote counts
- `/walletsolidity/getpaginatednowwitnesslist` - query real-time witness vote counts (solidity node)

**API Fixes:**
- `eth_call` response format now matches `triggerconstantcontract` interface output

**Network Upgrade:**
- TIP-767: Voting window configuration transitions to on-chain governance
