We are upgrading our Hyperliquid infrastructure to Nanoreth nb-20260727. This release fixes request-handling panics in compliance mode when fetching nonexistent blocks and includes a backported tracer fix for improved stability.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
