[Standard] Hyperliquid Nanoreth Upgrade to nb-20261007

We are upgrading our Hyperliquid Nanoreth node to nb-20261007. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur. This release contains a bug fix for RPC compatibility.

## RPC Changes

**`eth_getLogs` — fixed**
Queries targeting future block ranges now return an 'invalid block range' error instead of an empty result, matching canonical hl-node behavior. Applications relying on empty responses for out-of-range queries will now receive an error instead.
