We are upgrading our Celestia Mainnet infrastructure to celestia-app v9.0.8. This release upgrades celestia-core to v0.40.9.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
- BlockByHeight — Slow gRPC height subscribers may miss notifications; use BlockByHeight to backfill any gaps.
