We are upgrading our Aptos Mainnet infrastructure to v1.45.4.

This is a major version release that includes consensus and mempool hardening, storage improvements (hot state pruning, restart recovery, KV/tree sequencing fixes), VM and compiler updates, encrypted transaction security and DoS protections, DKG stall recovery, gas metering changes, network peering improvements, and a security fix for iterative drop on nested Move values.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes: No customer-facing RPC changes in this release.
