The Sei Atlantic Testnet is undergoing a network upgrade to v6.6.0-rc5.

This upgrade is tied to governance proposal #252, scheduled to activate at block height 262193175 (approximately 2026-07-28 16:30 UTC).

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur, with a few minutes of expected downtime as infrastructure restarts on the new binary.

RPC Changes:
Execution handling for certain EVM transaction failures has been updated to fall back to the v2 execution path. Users relying on eth_call, eth_estimateGas, or transaction simulation results on atlantic-2 may see changed behavior for edge cases that previously failed validation outright.
