We are upgrading our Base Mainnet and Testnet infrastructure to v1.3.2. This release includes fixes for bytecode serialization in pending Flashblocks overrides and improved transaction encoding validation.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
Transaction encoding validation — Non-canonical transaction encodings are now rejected; clients submitting malformed or non-standard transaction formats will receive validation errors.
