We are upgrading our 0g Galileo Testnet infrastructure to v3.0.8.

This release introduces delegate staking functionality and double-sign slashing support across both consensus and execution layers.

It also includes critical bug fixes: resolution of a stale condition in the staking withdrawal process that caused undelegate failures, and a retry mechanism for ForkchoiceUpdate to prevent consensus panics during EL/CL sync races at fast block times. Additional improvements include header validation refinements and updated fork time configurations.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
