Testnet nodes have prepared for the network restart and wait for 80% of the stake to come online before producing/validating new blocks.

We are awaiting instructions for the Testnet restart from the foundation and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Update
A few hours ago testnet reached supermajority, started making blocks, and then halted. The cause is being investigated by the foundation.
We will share more information and new instructions after the problem has been diagnosed.

As part of the normal stabilization process for v2.0 Solana testnet will be halted just after the start of epoch 700, and then restart it from the first slot of the epoch.
The network is ready for the restart and waiting for supermajority.
