We are upgrading our zkSync Era Mainnet infrastructure to core-v31.0.0.

This release includes improvements to proof submission handling, configuration enhancements for L2 DA commitment schemes, and several bug fixes affecting API stability and contract verification.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
eth_feeHistory — Reward percentiles parameter is now bounded to prevent invalid requests.
