We are upgrading our Plasma Mainnet & Testnet infrastructure to v1.0.0.

This is the first major release of the node-templates repository, introducing updated configuration schemas for observer and validator node deployments, along with new mainnet validator configuration templates. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
