[Urgent] Fluent Mainnet - Upgrade to v1.5.0

We are upgrading our Fluent Mainnet infrastructure to v1.5.0 on 2026-09-21. This release improves runtime stability, EVM and SDK correctness, and performance with an upgrade to rWasm 0.6.0 (delivering approximately 5x execution performance improvement). The release also strengthens build provenance, publishing controls, and regression coverage.

New VM opcodes will be activated on this date; RPC availability may be briefly interrupted.
